The window must remain shut to avoid motorcycle noise from the street, which could be disruptive during sleep. The check-in process felt lengthy with limited staff, compounded by rigid check-in and check-out times. Several guests faced inconveniences with breakfast scheduling and limit, securing slots even when meals were prepaid, which can be frustrating.

The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot, just a five-minute walk to the main street. The room was clean with excellent storage space, and the balcony provided lovely views to unwind. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night, and found the staff to be consistently helpful. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature comfortable at times, and there were some delays with the service during breakfast hours. I also wish the shower had adjustable pressure for personal preference.

I recently stayed for 4 nights and was thoroughly impressed by the beautiful rooftop terrace that provided breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples, especially during sunset. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a mini fridge was a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the shower pressure could use some improvement.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a welcoming bar, and a lovely restaurant. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip!
